Cotton Production

We choose soil for cultivation of our cotton  with an excellent water holding capacity and aeration and good drainage as it cannot withstand excessive moisture and water logging with best climate for our cotton  that is the reason our crop is always very fine in quality and we produce cotton in maximum organic way and near to nature , we choose fields / area for cultivation free to all type of pests and create atmosphere so that our corps can be grown up in safe and pollution free surroundings , following steps are taken for this purpose.

1-Phonology of the crop, indicating the most important stages of development according to the use and destination

   of the product (leaf development in foliage, flowering ornamental fruit in fresh fruit, etc.).

2-Report production areas.

3-Managing general crop plant, noting the dates and periods of high incidence of pests.

4-Controling problems phytosanitary importance of culture in the area designated for export production, other major

    phytosanitary problems in other producing areas.

5-Making and controlling List of major pests on crop growth stages, emphasizing the

    pests associated with the plant to be exported.

6-Controling of quarantine pests in accordance with the provisions ofpest lists A1 and A2.

7-Phytosanitary treatments in pre-harvest and post-harvest pest of quarantine significance.

Weaving

As well as our finest quality cotton is out of the field in bales we bring to ginning/spinning  mills and purify it from all dusty and moisturizing elements, from here it goes to weaving unit and there we weave different type of yarn according needs of  our buyers

Production

Under one roof we produce towels and all our other terry products under supervision of textile engineers and expertise , cut to pack facilities are covering all type of packing methods required buy the buyers in finest packing with printed boxes and tags etc.

Forwarding

After completion of production it goes to our forwarder who dispatch the shipment air/sea to its destination with a fastest possible way and buyer gets information / updating all stages from our forwarders.

Buying / Inspection

We also provide buying services of any type of terry product from any part of Pakistan , a careful examination and quality control by our terry experts is done before the goods are dispatched to the buyer.
